'MILES AGAINST CANCER! '

 

Rotary Eindhoven-Zuid organizes every year the “Midzomernachtwandeltocht”, this year on:

Saturday 24 June 2023, from 16.00h.

Young and old can take on their sporting challenge in hiking routes for different distances. And at the same time support local charities that can make a difference in the fight against cancer. Such as Inloophuis de Eik, Maxima Mc Fonds, Stichting YvYa, Catharina Onderzoeksfonds.

You, as a company, are indispensable!

How much fun is it to walk along with a group of enthusiastic colleagues and to be able to make a difference for those who are confronted with cancer.

 

Therefore, connect as a Partner, Promoter, Ambassador or Powering sponsor!

With your connection you make this beautiful event possible!

 

PARTNER                            € 750,-                 (€ 150,- for the organization,  €600,- for charity)

  1. 15 participants from your company, registration possible for all distances
  2. You adopt a check point where hikers collect their stamp, you can set it up and decorate it as you see fit
  3. You man the check point and promote your company by decorating it
  4. 2 reserved tables at the finish
  5. Prominent publication of your company name on posters, website, stamp card, or any other publicity
  6. Reference to your company name as main sponsor by the side-kick speaker during the event

PROMOTER                        € 500,-                 (€ 100,- for the organization, €400,- for charity)

  1. 10 participants from your company, registration possible for all distances
  2. You adopt a check point and you can set it up and decorate it as you see fit
  3. Reference to your company name on posters, website, stamp card, etc.

 

AMBASSADOR                  € 250,-                  (€ 50,- for the organization,  €200,- for charity)

  1. 5 participants from your company, registration possible for all distances
  2. Marketing material of your company is allowed for 1 check point
  3. Small reference to your company name on posters, website, stamp card, etc.

 

POWERING SPONSOR   € 10,- per participating hiker of your company

  1. You facilitate 500-700 healthy snacks/fruit/healthy drinks for the participants
  2. You adopt a check point and you can set it up and decorate it as your see fit
  3. You can man a check point (no condition) to hand out snacks/drinks to the participants
  4. Or you facilitate music, medals, etc.
  5. A donation for charity
